You can use the MCS platform help you grow your advisory practice by engaging with prospects. Interact with investors by entering their email or using the Redtail CRM integration. With a click of a button, email pre-designed invitations (view and compare portfolios, complete risk questionnaire, etc.) Prospects can create their own logins to use financial tools and save portfolios; and the MCS system keeps in touch with them by emailing periodic updates.
Onboarding & Compliance
Is a prospect ready to invest? Our eSignature process (integration with DoccuSign) will send them all required agreements to sign electronically in minutes. Copies of the signed documents are forwarded back to all parties, including your firm’s compliance contact. A custom Investment Policy Statement is automatically generated based on the information already provided – a required documentation step. Finally, brokerage account opening will occur seamlessly as part of our eSignature process (for integrated BD/custodians only).
The MCS platform makes client performance reporting easy. Although not a replacement for standard custodian statements, the MCS performance reports are produced regularly for each client account, include a wealth of performance and risk metrics and graphs (which regular statements lack), and can be customized on request.
